Services
Over the last two decades successive governments have bought in a huge mass of new laws, rules, extra-statutory concessions and guides to address the needs of our changing society and population.
Immigration policies have often changed with the direction of the prevailing political wind.
Today immigration law is one of the most complex and convoluted areas of law demanding expert guidance.
We are dedicated to guiding our clients through this maze of immigration laws by providing clear, accurate and practical advice and solutions.
We can assist you whether you are an Executor, beneficiary or other party with an interest in the Estate of a person who has passed away.
We can assist you in administering the Estate of a relative.
Probate is the generic term for Estate administration, but in fact it means obtaining a Grant of Probate and administering the Estate where the deceased left a Will.
Where there is no Will, the same process is called obtaining Letters of Administration.
Collecting in the assets of the deceased including money after the sale of property or shares.
As an employee you have many rights that are protected under law, but if you feel that your employer is not respecting those rights, we can help you take action in order to ensure that you are treated fairly and to secure compensation for you where this is appropriate.
We have extensive experience in representing employees at Employment Tribunals.
We can guide you through the entire claims process to ensure that your case is presented in the most effective way to maximise your prospects of success.
Desertion for at least two years - desertion takes place when one partner leaves the other without their knowledge or agreement.
A divorce petition must be filed with the Court by you or your partner.
Whoever does this is known as the Petitioner, with the other party referred to as the Respondent.
The Respondent files an Acknowledgement of Service - this includes answering questions such as 'do you intend to defend the case?' and 'do you agree with the ground for jurisdiction?'.
The Petitioner applies for a Decree Nisi - an order by the Court stating the date on which a marriage can end, unless a good reason not to grant the divorce is produced.
We can assist you with preparation of a Power Of Attorney whether you wish authorise an Attorney to conduct a transaction on your behalf such as the sale or transfer of a property or whether you wish to appoint an Attorney in the event of you no longer having the mental capacity to make decisions for yourself.
By making a Power of Attorney you can ensure that any actions to be taken on your behalf are taken by a person of your choice and based on your instructions.
Lasting Powers of Attorney are legal documents which would allow someone you trust to make decisions on your behalf regarding your health, care or finances at a time when you lack the mental capacity to make those decisions yourself.
