The Partnership maintains Professional Indemnity Insurance as required by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, details of which can be supplied on request. The Partnership maintains Employment Liability Insurance, details of which can be supplied on request. The Partnership maintains Occupiers Liability Insurance, details of which can be supplied on request.

The Partnerships written 'Complaints Policy' can be supplied on request. If any client has any issue regarding the services the firm has provided, he or she is welcome to contact Andrew Purkiss on 07973 727420 who will investigate any concerns raised in accordance with the Partnership written 'Complaints Policy'.

If any client remains dissatisfied at the conclusion of any complaints investigation undertaken he or she may apply to the Legal Ombudsman, any such referral should ordinarily be made within 6 months of the conclusion of the relevant matter.The Partnership is registered with the Data Protection Agency. Any personal data including contact details will be protected.

In 1994 Andrew Purkiss joined Tanner & Taylor Solicitors, then one of the most prominent Defence Solicitor Practices based in North Hampshire.
Andrew built up a strong and loyal client base operating out of the firms office in Aldershot.
June built up a strong and loyal client base operating out of the firms office based in Guildford.
In 2003 Andrew and June decided to set up their own firm to provide a service to both sets of clients.
Within months it became apparent that the workload required the employment of additional staff.
Every client, at the conclusion of a case, is sent a 'Feedback Questionnaire' encouraging them to comment upon the services the firm, and if relevant Counsel, has provided.
As Partners, June and I are pleased that we often receive written letters and cards of thanks praising individual staff members and the team as a whole.
However Andrew and June are always willing to look at ways of strengthening the team and improving services offered.

Correspondence and documentation received may be routinely scanned and stored into the firms data storage systems in lieu of, or in addition to a physical paper file.
The Partners and Solicitors within the Partnership have extensive experience in defending in the most serious and complex cases in the Crown Court.
The firm has cases listed within the local Crown Courts on a daily basis but also represents clients all across the country.
