Kenneth McLean takes a keen interest in matters agricultural and is experienced in Landlord/Tenant issues as well as the purchase and sale of farms. Conveyancing is the name given to the process of transferring ownership of property in Scotland.

Advice and representation in relation to the full range of employment law matters which can affect individuals and businesses. Civil law is concerned with cases between individuals where one person causes harm to another person, their property or their rights.

Pollock & McLean was established in 1992 with the amalgamation of Messrs W&W Forsyth and W M Henderson and was renamed Pollock & McLean.
Kenneth McLean lives locally and has been providing legal services to clients in the region for over 48 years.
In 2011 the firm grew with the acquisition of the long established legal firm of Whitelaw, Edgar & Baldwin.

While we regularly transact business in all parts of Scotland, our main focus lies in the county town of Dumfries, northwards through the Cairn and Nith Valleys to the Ayrshire Border, three miles north of Kirkconnel.
We were established in 1992 by the amalgamation of two long standing legal firms serving Mid and Upper Nithsdale.
In the summer of 2000 we opened our Dumfries office and now cover the whole of the Nithsdale District.
