Motor Accident Solicitors Society
New Claims Process for Road Traffic Accident Personal Injury Claims under 5,000 - Click to find out more. MASS is a national association of motor accident solicitors who represent victims of road traffic accidents. The society is non-profit making and all our members are experts in road accident and personal injury claims. MASS has been lobbying the Government for thirty years to ensure and protect the rights of the accident victim.

I was very lucky as the [MASS] solicitors I had made sure I was informed how my claim was progressing. I was given treatment and had two medicals. If you have had a road traffic accident you may be unsure of where to go to get help and advice. You can be confident that our members are specialists and will give you expert legal advice, arrange appropriate medical treatment, settle your claim fairly, and always treat you with sensitivity and care.

Services
The Motor Accident Solicitors Society (MASS) is a membership society of road traffic accident claims experts.
We are a non-profit making organisation and our membership is based throughout England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
All our Members undertake to obey the service standards stated in our Code of Conduct.
MASS was started in 1991 to promote the efficient and effective provision of legal advice and to represent the interests of road traffic accident victims.
MASS promotes the highest standards of legal services, bringing justice to the victims of road traffic accidents.
We have been contacted by a large number of individuals who have been 'cold called' by persons unknown to us.
The callers are using a process known as 'spoofing' so it appears that the call is coming from the MASS office (0117 925 9604).
We can assure you that MASS do not contact members of the public about claiming for motor accidents or for any other reason.
If you are contacted in such a way, please treat the call as a 'scam' and do not respond to any missed calls.
If you do speak to a person and are able to find out who/what they are claiming to be we would like to hear from you and you can contact us by email or by phoning us on 0117 925 9613.
We understand how distressing being involved in a road traffic accident (RTA) is, and we can help.
No matter how straight forward your accident may seem, it is really important to get independent and specialist legal advice from a solicitor who practices in this area of law.
MASS is a non-profit making society of solicitors who all are experts in dealing with road traffic accidents on behalf of people just like you.
We have members throughout England and Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland so, no matter where you are, we can help you.
Our Code of Conduct was developed when MASS was formed in 1991 and was put in place to ensure that all our members give the same high standard of service to you, their client.
1.4 To promote an efficient and expert service to persons pursuing claims arising from motor accidents.
3.5 Ensure the continued education and training of all staff involved in the handling of road traffic accident claims.
4.1 Members of the Society shall be entitled to use the collective mark of the Society as set out in paragraph 4.0 of this Code of Conduct ("the Collective Mark") or such other logo adopted by the Society from time to time.
Our head office is based in Bristol and we have a small dedicated team of staff.
Our staff are not legally qualified so we are unable to help you with legal advice - but we are more than happy to help you to find a solicitor who can!
You can call us on 0117 9259604, email us or use our Member Search to find a specialist solicitor.
Whilst anyone will be able to help you, we all have individual roles within MASS, so please feel free to contact us direct if there is anything you would like to discuss.
