Since the formation of Liberty Law Solicitors in 2012, the firm has undergone rapid expansion and growth under the strong guidance of Attiq Malik with the support of his team of lawyers.

We want to give you the best possible service.
However, if at any point you become unhappy or concerned about the service, we have provided then you should inform us immediately, so that we can do our best to resolve the problem.
In the first instance it may be helpful to contact the person who is working on your case to discuss your concerns and we will do our best to resolve any issues at this stage.

Liberty Law Solicitors' criminal team cover a wide range of criminal related areas, including Road Traffic Offences at the Magistrates Court.
At times we may offer the choice of other staff members not listed here and consultants who are experienced and qualified to take on your matter.
Attiq Malik and Wasef Ali are departmental heads of Road Traffic Team and they both hold supervisory roles for all other team members within the department.
A range of funding options are available in road traffic matters including hourly rates and fixed fees, the hourly rates are between 200.00 to 350.00 (excluding VAT) per hour.

Criminal Legal Aid Information Sheet
Under this scheme, where a person is suspected of having committed an offence, the suspect receives free advice from a Solicitor (or his/her representative).
