Lennon's Solicitors
Our offices in Chesham, Amersham and Beaconsfield are now open for clients by appointment only and where visits are essential. Your temperature will be taken upon arrival and hand sanitiser will be available. All visitors will be required to wear a face covering, unless exempt, when entering and leaving the offices. The health of Lennons' employees, clients, and the community is our primary concern and we have taken appropriate measures to address this.

We have successfully implemented home working for both lawyers and business support staff. All our staff are delivering the same high level of service and remain available to provide support in any way they can, and they would be delighted to hear from you. All virtual meetings can be conducted via video conferencing software such as 3CX, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and FaceTime.

Whilst we continue to serve our clients during this time, we cannot provide any assurances of uninterrupted services caused by the involvement of third parties such as banks, the court and law firms acting for other parties in matters.
Services
We've been at the heart of Chesham for over 35 years.
Alan Lennon first recruited Andy Coyle - our Managing Director - to work with him during the summer of 1986, whilst Andy completed his law degree.
After a successful summer, Alan invited Andy to work with him again the following year.
Andy developed his skills in non-contentious legal work - first conveyancing, will drafting and probate matters, before moving towards commercial property and corporate work.
Alan Lennon continued to develop the litigation practice during the early 1990s, with particular focus on family law and personal injury matters.
Pauline is a Legal Secretary who specialises in Dispute Resolution, and Personal Injury and Medical Negligence.
Hannah is a Legal Executive who deals with both Residential Property and Commercial Property.
John began his career with us as a trainee and is now an experienced solicitor in our Residential Property and Wills, Probate & Life Planning teams.
Outside of work she enjoys running with a group of friends but more for the social side rather than the exercise.
Ella is a Paralegal who works in our Commercial Property and Corporate & Commercial teams.
We're proud to be 100% independent.
We don't want to be part of a national brand, or a small cog in a faceless, corporate machine.
At Lennons, we'd never even think of asking you for your file number or reference.
We'll always know who you are, what your case is about and treat you as an individual.
Our team have a wide breadth of specialities.
As a firm, we've been practising law for over thirty-five years and the combined talent of our specialist lawyers is stronger than that of any one individual.
We acknowledge that running our business has an effect on society.
In particular, we have a responsibility to our clients, our employees and contractors as well as the broader community in which we operate.
We are committed to taking responsibility for our actions and encourage a positive contribution towards improving standards for our clients and employees, minimising our impact on the environment and improving the quality of the local community.
We like to give back to our local communities wherever we can.
Your business is unique, so our service is too.
We'll tailor our advice to meet your individual needs and offer a fixed fee agreement, so you can budget effectively.
Whether you're buying or selling - either as an individual or a business - dealing with property can be pretty stressful.
Sometimes it can overwhelm the best of us.
So our job is all about taking the burden away and making things as smooth and as worry-free for you as possible.
There won't be any hidden costs.
Once we've carefully assessed what you want to achieve, you'll have a completely transparent quote based on the type and value of your transaction.
