Parnalls Solicitors
Parnalls continues to serve all of our clients, their families and their businesses throughout the present crisis. We have systems and processes in place to enable us to continually deliver the highest levels of service, whatever the situation. Parnalls is a firm of solicitors based in Cornwall, providing broad and sensible advice, whether dealing with personal, private or business problems.

Our forte is to combine good commercial acumen, local knowledge and old fashioned values, at rates that are more competitive than the larger city based firms. Deborah has a wealth of knowledge, including making Agricultural Property Relief claims and Business Property Relief claims in order to mitigate Inheritance Tax on larger estates. Mark was born and raised in Cornwall.

He is a Director at Parnalls and has been with the Firm since 1996. He deals primarily with high net worth clients seeking advice on succession and Inheritance Tax issues. Mark has wide experience in a variety of specialist legal matters including marine charter, the aggregates industry, French succession and property.
Services
Solicitors specialising in Personal Injury, Property and Probate plus Social Media, Internet and Media Law.
We have been proud to serve as solicitors in Cornwall and Devon since the 1700's.
Today, our broad, sensible advice continues to provide our individual and commercial clients alike across the region and further afield, with the same reassurance and positive outcomes that it has been our pleasure to provide over the span of four centuries.
Our staff are committed to helping all our clients deal with the legal aspects of life.
The Parnall family name has a long association with the West Country and this is not confined to the legal arena.
Well recognised Parnall family endeavours include manufacturing shop-fittings and weights and measures with Parnall & Sons, and an impressive large-scale business building Parnall production aircraft and aeronautical parts during the First World War and beyond with Parnall Aircraft Ltd.
Throughout all of this time the Solicitors' practice has endured.
From the 1920s to the 1950s several amalgamations of local solicitors firms took place, with the Parnall family always central to the firm.
If you are looking to buy a new home, you may find many of the properties within your price range are leasehold.
Recent stories of leaseholders exploited by unscrupulous landlords have dominated the press, even giving rise to the term 'fleecehold.'
