The firm specialises in all aspects of business and private immigration law and both the Partners are expert in this area of law. Three of our lawyers speak English and Filipino dialects. We also offer services in family law, especially divorce cases where one party is based outside of the UK. Our system is set up to enable you to obtain legal services from the comfort of your home or office, without travelling to our office.

We use online appointment booking, Zoom or Google virtual appointments. We use a self-booking appointment system which can be accessed via this site, and we offer a free online consultation service. Traditional office based appointments are available in our Central London office suite, but as these are more limited in availability, we ask that you contact us to arrange such an appointment.

If you have a disability we are always willing to make reasonable adjustments so that you can meet with our lawyers - please just let us know. Crystal Dias said This is the culmination of over ten years of hard work by all the solicitors and staff at Dias Solicitors, I am so proud to be shortlisted alongside the very best of my peers.

read more › Divorce As the Philippines does not have a facility to divorce under the law, Crystal Dias has found that she is able to help the filipino community utilise the laws of England and Wales to provide the answer that they cannot get in their home jurisdiction. We at diassolicitors have therefore become specialised in divorce cases where the marriage was contracted outside of the UK, and often where the other party to the action is based abroad or the parties have lost all contact with each other. In cases such as this the knowledge and experience of a good solicitor is vital to avoid frustration and achieve the goal of unshackling our client from a redundant marriage.

read more › We can help you challenge incorrect decisions and fight for your rights; our experienced solicitors can advise you when it is appropriate to go forward with Administrative Reviews; or take a case to the Asylum & Immigration Tribunal; or if there is no right of appeal it may in rare cases be appropriate to ask the High Court for a Judicial Review. Administrative Review All applications under the Points Based System (PBS) will, if refuse, attract a right of Administrative Review. This allows the applicant the chance to challenge the decision to a limited review by a more senior caseworker, on the basis of a casework error.

Although much of our work is agreed on a fixed fee basis, there will be times where this would not be appropriate. Our hourly rate for carrying out immigration law work is 350 per hour(plus VAT).
