Wokingham is located off of Junction 10 of the M4.
Our offices are situated in Denmark Street, diagonally opposite the Police Station.
Denmark Street Car Park is located just 1 minutes' walk from our offices, the entrance to the car Park is next to the Lord Raglan Pub.
If you are walking from the Town Centre proceed down Denmark Street, turn right under the arch next to Mark Rath Residential.
Set out below is an indicative range of our fees for sales and purchases of up to 2 million and covers all the work required to complete the purchase or sale of your home INCLUDING the work, where we are instructed on a sale, in acting on behalf of the mortgage lender in the redemption of one existing mortgage or where mortgage finance is required for a purchase, acting in the granting of that mortgage.
On a purchase, our fee also covers the work dealing with the registration of your Title at the Land Registry and the payment of Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) if the property is in England or Land Transaction Tax (Land Tax) if the property you wish to buy is in Wales.
