Services
Mulgrave Law is a niche immigration practice based in London with incomparable experience in the field of immigration law.
The practice was founded by two specialist lawyers who have extensive experience in this field having previously worked at top city law firms dealing with a number of high-profile clients.
These have ranged from multinational companies to private individuals.
We work with SME's who intend to employ staff from abroad to families looking to migrate to the UK.
We cover all aspects of Immigration law from straightforward visa applications to complex sponsor licence applications and mergers.
You can apply for a Spouse/Partner visa if you are married (or co-habiting as an unmarried couple) to a British citizen or a person who has indefinite leave to remain/settled status.
You are legally married or in a civil partnership that is recognised by the UK or have been living together for at least 2 years as an unmarried couple.
If dependent children (aged under 18) need to apply for a visa, you will need to show an extra income of 3,800 for the first child and 2,400 for each additional child.
EU citizens and their families will be able to apply to get either settled or pre-settled status through the EU Settlement Scheme.
The EU settlement scheme is designed to offer EEA and their eligible family members living in the UK before the end of the transition period (during which free movement continues) the opportunity to protect their residence in the UK after the transition period has ended.
Individuals will be able to apply for either 'Pre-Settled' or 'Settled' status depending on how long they have resided in the UK.
A PBS dependant is the family member of a Migrant who has valid leave as a Tier 1, 2, 4 or 5 under the points based system and who wishes to apply for leave to enter or remain in the UK.
PBS Dependants must be able to support themselves throughout their stay in the UK without recourse to any public funds.
A PBS dependant will be granted leave in accordance with the leave of the PBS Migrant or for 3 years if the PBS Migrant has already been granted indefinite leave to remain or has naturalised as a British Citizen.
Commonwealth citizens over the age of 17 who have a UK born grandparent can qualify for UK Ancestry visa.
You are able to maintain and accommodate yourself and any dependants without recourse to public funds.
You can bring your dependants i.e. spouse and children under the age of 18, extend your leave or apply for settlement after 5 years.
Our expert team of immigration lawyers will represent you in your application.
We will prepare and submit your application to the Home Office and ensure that you have submitted all the documents that are required.
