On meeting Emily at Court I was so nervous but we had a chat before the court hearing and I knew that I had someone who was behind me and believed me.
She listened to me and gave honest accurate feedback on what the best course of action was to take.
Emily ensured that all evidence was disclosed and enough time was awarded so me and Emily could meet and go through everything.
I never felt that I was rushed with Emily she took time to ensure everything was handled in the correct way.
She responded to all emails I sent and always kept me up to date with what was going on.

This helps to ensure clients needing specialist support are allocated to caseworkers with particular knowledge and expertise of dealing with vulnerable individuals.
