Lound Mulrenan Jefferies Solicitors
Located in South London, LMJ Solicitors is a specialist criminal practice now established in 1997. We have expertise in every area of criminal law including extradition and confiscation proceedings as well as prison law, so we can offer a highly dedicated service whether are under investigation or charge, or whether you are a convicted person. We have experience in all kinds of large, serious and complex cases including murder, organised crime, serious fraud and conspiracies, terrorism and spying cases.

Two of the many murder cases conducted by our lawyers were respectively the longest and largest in the history of The Old Bailey. We have undertaken many high profile judicial reviews for prisoners. For example we took on and defeated the government over its prisoner book ban policy. More recently we defeated the government again in the Supreme Court over discrimination against women prisoners.

However, we are also happy to undertake most types of general crime and prison law cases. The State now has unprecedented power and resources to investigate and prosecute its own citizens.
