Before he started training as a Property Lawyer in 2004 and subsequently qualifying in 2007, Matthew Brogan worked for over 12 years as an Estate Agent in the West Surrey, North Hampshire and East Berkshire area and during this time identified an opportunity to modernise the Conveyancing process. We will keep you updated throughout your sale and/or purchase as the transaction proceeds;.
We have provided 'starting from' costs for each type of transaction because the actual fee will depend on the type of property (house or flat) and complexity of your particular matter (leasehold, shared-ownership etc).
The fee that we quote is fixed with no hidden charges and we will work for you on a 'no move - no fee' basis.
We will provide you with a written, fixed price break-down of the costs upon request and this will include our fee, any disbursements (payments to others - Stamp Duty land Tax etc as detailed below) along with any VAT that is due.
