Services
Set up in 1986 by it's now Senior Director, Gary Hogan, Hogans Solicitors has grown and developed from a "one man band" to a team of over 35 dedicated and experienced people.
We have a philosophy of bringing in the right people who share the same values of hard work and dedication and who will provide a consistently high level of client care.
We provide each of our lawyers with a strong, experienced support team who carry out many of the administrative tasks leaving them free to focus their full attention on each individual case which means we are truely able to go the extra mile for you.
At some point in our lives we will all stop and think about the future and ask the question "what if."
Making the decisions now and getting your affairs in order allows you to get on with life knowing everything is in place should something happen to you.
This can bring peace of mind for both you and your loved ones.
When we think about 'getting your affairs in order' we typically think of making a Will.
Yes, Wills play a key part but they only take effect after you die.
What would happen if you reached a stage in life where you lose the mental capacity to make your own decisions?
Hogans Solicitors are currently recruiting for an experienced mental health tribunal advocate.
The successful candidate must be an existing member of the Law Society's Mental Health Accreditation Scheme and have at least 12 months experience of running their own caseload and carrying out their own advocacy.
He/she must have a full, clean driving licence and own transport.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must and the successful candidate will be self-motivated with an ability to work alone and also as part of a team.
