Waddington Turner Wall
Based at our Keighley and Skipton offices, in Yorkshire, our solicitors, lawyers, licensed conveyancer and the support team are all experts in their field. We also have two trainee solicitors and a graduate trainee who are at various stages of their journey to qualification. I just wanted to say thank you for the professional, efficient and sensitive approach you took in finding a solution to the situation with my neighbour.

Your consideration and attention to detail brought about a more amiable and economical outcome. We are so glad we rang Michael Bower Equine Law and spoke to Hannah Salter as from the first conversation she was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, and she told us exactly what position we were in and what she recommended we did next. She very supportive through a really tough and emotional time for us and always at the end of the phone to listen to any questions.

Myself and my daughter can't thank her enough for resolving our issue and would highly recommend her. Thankyou for your time and assistance.
Services
Client care is extremely important to all of us at Waddington Turner Wall, Michael Bower Equine Law and Foster Law Solicitors.
Our aim is to provide the best possible level of service for anyone who requires legal advice.
Provide legal services in a timely manner taking into account personal needs and circumstances.
Provide you with clear information about how your case will be managed and if there are alternative courses of action, such as mediation, will provide you with the relevant details.
Wherever possible we try to invest and recruit locally.
This means that as well as having staff who understand the local area some of our team can also speak more than one language.
If we do not have a staff member who can translate for you then we have contacts with local translation services who can assist.
Please let us know if you require a translator.
Most of our clients are satisfied with the service we provide.
But we recognise that there can be delays, although not always of our making, and mistakes can happen.
We accept that we can all act out of character in times of trouble or distress.
But in a very small number of cases some clients behave in ways that are inappropriate and unacceptable, despite our best efforts to help them.
Unacceptable behaviour makes it difficult for us to deal with your matter or complaint effectively.
If you do wish to make a formal complaint about the level of service provided, then please read our Complaints Policy.
Looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the legal sector?
We are always interested to hear from talented solicitors, legal professionals or graduate trainees who are confident that they can help us to grow, develop our business and fit into our 'client comes first' culture.
Locations in Keighley, West Yorkshire and our new office on the Broughton Estate, near Skipton, North Yorkshire.
If you feel that you have the qualities we are looking for then please forward your CV to [email protected].
Erika Williman is an experienced Family Law solicitor who provides no nonsense straightforward legal advice to all of her clients.
She has a expertise in dealing with clients who have concerns relating to their financial assets and businesses when faced with relationship breakdowns.
If you own a business then it will form part of the assets that will be shared out if you are getting divorced.
It is the Family Courts not the Commercial Courts that deal with how the business assets will be shared.
