Today, the firm delivers the same tailored, client-focused service it has always done, combining this with a strong grasp of both modern law and the modern marketplace, advising and representing clients from within Kent and beyond on a broad range of legal matters.Hallett & Co. currently has approximately 65 staff and Partners, the majority of whom have been with us since starting as trainees, based predominantly in its office on Bank Street, Ashford.

Additionally, there are satellite offices in the Ashford Cattle Market and New Romney High Street. Each of our solicitors and legal executives is an expert in their field of law, will deal with your matter personally and will be available to address any question or query you may have.

Mark is the firm's Senior Partner and head of our Commercial Property department.
He qualified as a solicitor in 1985, became a Partner in 1988 and became Senior Partner in 2015.
Mark can provide the full range of commercial and business conveyancing services, ranging from drafting of leases and tenancies to dealing with the purchases of offices, shops and businesses.
Outside of work, Mark has a keen interest in all sports, especially football and badminton.
Martin's area of speciality is Employment Law, acting for both employer or employee.

Thorneloe & Co was started by Michael Thorneloe in 1989, originally from a small office in Charing and then from the firm's present address in Lenham, where his daughter Harriet joined him in 2007.
Our office is located in the attractive village setting of Lenham, half-way between Maidstone and Ashford.
Parking is usually not a problem and is free of charge.
The office is accessible to the disabled but we are always prepared to visit clients' homes within a reasonable radius of the office if this is necessary.
