Services
A friendly law firm based in conveniently located mid-town offices close to all Central London law courts.
We were founded in 1994 and specialise in civil and commercial law, covering both contentious and non-contentious work, including property related work, contractual agreements, landlord and tenant matters, family law, personal injury, employment law and wills and probate.
We act for both domestic and overseas clients, companies as well as individuals and do not discriminate on grounds of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion or disability in deciding whether to accept instructions from any client.
Commercial law is a wide-ranging field of law and can often intermingle with other areas of law, and in such situations our multi-skilled firm works at its best.
We are able to deal with various issues across different fields of law including contractual issues arising from commercial or private agreements ensuring we can provide the protection that you or your business needs in case the other party fails to honor their obligations.
Our in-house advocacy support alongside our expert drafting capabilities means that we are a force to be reckoned with.
Whether it be at your home or at work, there are times when one has to step in and take legal steps to protect one's interests in property.
Building works that involve the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 could negatively affect the value of your property, or impact the work or safety of your employees or tenants.
A neighbor may wrongly refuse to comply with the Party Wall Act or you may be facing a difficult neighbour who wants to frustrate or delay works that you have planned to enhance your property.
Employment law can be a complex minefield with legislation and regulations changing on a frequent basis.
Suffering problems at work can be a traumatic experience.
Our friendly approach will guide you on the action you should take against your employer and, where appropriate, assist you with making a claim.
In suitable cases, we offer a 'contingency fee' agreement if we believe you have a winnable case.
This is a 'NO WIN NO FEE' type agreement where our costs and fees will be paid out of any compensation awarded to you by the Employment Tribunal or such compensation as we have negotiated on your behalf with the opponent party.
We provide expert guidance on all aspects of family law, be it divorce, separation, end of a civil partnership, issues regarding children or financial matters within divorce proceedings.
The end of a relationship, divorce or civil partnership is one of life's most difficult and stressful experiences.
We deal with all issues confidentially and sensitively, whilst at the same time ensuring that you receive the best legal support and that any impact to your personal, financial and family life is kept to a minimum.
