Cale Solicitors
Established in 2008, CALE Solicitors are a friendly small professional law firm, based in South East London. The Majority of our work is undertaken in our office at Unit 3, Arden House, 52-54 Thurston Road, SE13 7GT. Our opening hours are 9.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday but our offices will remain open as long as there are clients to be attended to.

However, we also attend clients at Port of Entry, Detention Centres, Prisons, Home Office, Courts and Police Stations. We also do home and hospital visits. While we have evolved, we are proud of our heritage and continue to uphold the principles behind our success. Our approach is to truly understand 'your world' in terms of your personal or business and legal needs, so that we can help you with viable and practical advice.

Our experienced team of solicitors and caseworkers guide each client through the legal framework touching on each client's matter. We always work very hard to achieve the best outcome for our clients at a reasonable cost.
Services
There are many reasons why a person in your life may no longer be able to manage his/her own financial affairs or make informed decisions about his/her personal welfare.
In cases like this, it is often necessary to appoint a deputy to be responsible for a vulnerable person's decision about issues like healthcare and property and finance.
Deputyship is usually given to a close family member or a friend or to a professional and must be applied for through the Court of Protection.
We understand that the process of applying for deputyship can be confusing, stressful and upsetting and you may require support as you go forward in your role as a deputy.
We provide advice and assistance to both children and adults who are in need of social services.

Adult in need of services by reason of his age, illness, disability or other circumstance.
Social Services have a duty to safeguard and promote the health and development of a child in need in its area by providing a range and level of services to a child.
People who have been convicted and sentenced have a right to be treated fairly and equally.
Very often, a number of grievances arise when a person has not been treated fairly by the prison establishment or feels that he has not been tried fairly.

Very often a parent finds that he/she is unable to look after a child for a number of personal reasons and directly or indirectly leaves the child at significant risk of harm and danger.
In those cases, Social Services are obliged to apply for an interim care order in order to protect the child.
In other cases, Social Services may have applied for a Care Order without sufficient evidence and you would like your child to be returned to your care.
We can assist and represent you if your child has been the subject matter of a care order.
We routinely represent clients at Mental Health Tribunals and Hospital Manager's Hearings Persons detained under the Mental Health Act are eligible for free legal advice and assistance in respect of representation at or advising on tribunal applications; other matters may be subject to means testing for free legal aid.
Our team can arrange appointments at any hospital at short notice.
