Where possible, Cramp & Mullaney LLP always tell clients exactly how much a transaction will cost from the start.
Where we don't know how much time we will need to spend on the matter, we give clients an estimate of costs and we update clients regularly so there are no nasty surprises.
We also tell clients what their likely disbursements will be.
Disbursements are items that we have to pay out for such as searches in conveyancing transactions.
