Gray
Gray and Co Solicitors are an expert criminal defence solicitors firm who cover all aspects of criminal law from motoring matters to more serious and complex criminal offences. We are an established firm of criminal solicitors in Chester who hold a Specialist Quality Mark with the Legal Aid Agency and offer Legal Aid work. We have a large number of clients who do not qualify for Legal Aid and therefore we also offer advice on a privately paying basis.

Unlike some criminal solicitors, we provide advice in plain English and offer a comprehensive and efficient defence service. We are committed to providing active and effective defence for our clients both at the police station and in court. We offer a 24-hour emergency service should you require advice outside the usual office hours (Emergency contact number 07623 960 292.)

We can provide specialist advice on matters at the Police Station, Magistrates' Court, Youth Court and Crown Court. We provide advice to Armed Forces' personnel at military interviews and court martial hearings both in the UK and abroad.

The cannabis was valued at 3,500 to 4,500.

The Police raided the flat and arrested both him and his girlfriend.
The cannabis was seized as was 200 found in the flat.
She had no direct involvement but due to the size of the flat she could not readily say that she had no knowledge of the cannabis being stored there.
